DOCTOR PROFILE
Dr. Greg Williams graduated from Bearden High School and East Tennessee State University, before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.
From a very young age, Dr. Williams was firm in his decision to pursue dentistry. At 4 years old, he was playing football when his two front teeth got knocked out of the roof of his mouth, and he had to get them pulled. After that early experience at the dentist, Dr. Williams was confident that dentistry was in his future.

FUN FACTS ABOUT DR. WILLIAMS
Dr. Williams LOVES fishing and has been married to the greatest catch of his life for 33 years.
He and his wife have built the sweetest family of a son, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren, who you may see skipping around the office from time to time. Nothing brings as much joy to Dr. Williams’ life as his two precious grandchildren, who lovingly refer to him as “Doc”.
If for some reason dentistry did not work out, Dr. Williams wanted to become a Marine Biologist. This interest is evident through his love for fishing and the water, in general.
Dr. Williams also LOVES golfing, so much so that he shifts his schedule according to daylight savings time in order to take advantage of as much sunshine as possible on the golf course.
Like most Knoxvillians, Dr. Williams is a Tennessee fan, but he is also a Notre Dame and Miami Dolphins fan.
Dr. Williams played and excelled at 4 sports at Bearden High School: Basketball, Football, Baseball, and Track. He received many athletic offers from colleges, including one from Georgia where he would have been the backup running back for Hershel Walker.
Ultimately, Dr. Williams graduated from ETSU as a Biology Major, leading him on his great journey of Dentistry!
